K8: Rush Week: Rush week and instructional levels on TV Action Template sent to Angie
HS teachers: Rush week and instructional levels on TV Action Template sent to Vikki
REMINDERS for Instructional Level in Total View Action:
GOAL: We need to get those instructional levels to Meghan by Wednesday to do a mass upload.
Becky will make a quick jing to remind teachers how to do that for the High School for PLC time and have them email them to Vickie.
Vickie can you please hold teachers accountable for those instructional levels and send them to Meghan for TV Action upload of instructional levels for the high school by Wednesday. I know K12 wanted this weeks ago, so our due date of Wednesday the 12th is important.
Angie is gathering the K-8 instructional level data for TV Action this week as well.
RUSH WEEK! WHAT DO WE DO DURING RUSH WEEK??
NO SMALL GROUPS…. SO TEACHERS CAN HAVE TIME TO GET ALL OF THE TASKS ON TRACK FOR SMALL GROUPS FOR CYCLE 2.

EYE: Early Years Enhancement Update
Mentors will be emailed their TEACHER mentoring assignments and a ‘contract’ to sign with their EYE teacher talking about the mentor/mentee roles and responsibilities and agreeing to their part. They will then send those contracts back to me to start the EYE program.
Instructional Cycle 1 SURVEY RESULTS OF THE Data Wrap Up:
Teachers filled out a quick survey about how their small groups went during cycle 1. This has a lot of good data on what went well, what didn’t, how many students actually moved to on target after small groups, etc. Please check it out! CLICK HERE FOR GOOGLE SURVEY RESULTS
